cut out spar webs, 5.5 inches by 93.5 inches, 2 of them, plus 5.5 inches by 35 inches for the center section spar carry-through, from the 0.040 aluminum sheet. Need to figure out what else to cut from the 0.040 so I can get it off my work table. I tried to use a techniquie I had read about somewhere for these long straight cuts. The story was that you could score the aluminum sheet with a special knife, and then break it like drywall. This sounded good to me, and in Image 2 I am sharpening the special knife, and in Image 3 I am scoring the sheet. But the "breaking" part did not work for me....I ended up making the cuts with a jigsaw.
