went back to the left side aileron controls, hooked up with a wooden dowel on the stick-to-belcrank position, and the metal pushrod in the belcrank-to-aileron position. I had to cut it 1/4 inch shorter to make it work on this side, but eventually I did get the required 20 degrees up and 15 degrees down. that's it for today, next step will be to hook up both sides at the same time and see how they work together. Then the next step will be cutting metal pushrods for all positions and riveting up the final version of the belcranks. all good stuff
