Brief Description: more work on cylinder baffling

it turns out that the aft bulkhead for the pressure plenum is going to have to go in as two pieces with a small joggle in it, and before I can shape the joggled piece, I need to finish the shrouds that wrap around the cylinders and cylinder heads.
