Brief Description: cut first aluminum for aft bulkhead of plenum
After doing the best I could with thin plywood and poster board to make a pattern, I finally cut the first piece of aluminum. This will form the aft bulkhead for the pressure plenum to cool my Revmaster 2300 engine. Just like the cowling before it, this baffling has become a project in itself, and at this point it is not anywhere near being done. But I'm starting to like the looks of it.
