Brief Description: continued work on cylinder baffling
continuing to make and test patterns for the various cylinder baffle positions. today's work was on the baffle that wraps around the cylinder head fins. for these baffles, the connecting all-thread rods will run very close to the fins, and can be anchored directly to the baffle material itself on the top side of the cylinder heads. But on the bottom side, that path of connection is blocked by the push rod tubes. So I had to make up a small triangular extension piece to provide a connection point below the push rod tubes. because of the angles and distances involved, I decided to make this extension piece out of 0.040 aluminum just to give it a little more strength and stiffness.
