I used various kinds of knives, graters, sanding drums etc. to try to shape the spray foam into the curves I want to see. After it got close to the desired shape, I used some microballoons to try to fair in the shape, not too happy with the results. I also started using some old bedsheets to make templates for cutting the fiberglass cloth to fit into the mold.
