Brief Description:  planning for bottom cowling

Started looking more closely at the bottom cowl. Trimmed some really ugly layup tangles away from the holes for the exhaust stacks. Because of some concern about working on the inside of this more confined space, I briefly considered using this as a plug (male) mold, and laying up the fiberglass on its outer surface. But after looking at it more closely, this does not make sense. The outside surface is full of many defects which would take a long time to repair. The inner surface does have some flaws that will need fixing, but much less than the outside. And it is open enough that I don't think it will be really too difficult working inside. I am thinking through what kind of forming may be needed around the holes for the exhaust stacks, the air inlet openings and the induction air and oil cooler air inlets as well. Also pondering over the question whether to try to form in those openings in the initial layup, or lay it up flat and secondary-bond them in later.
