Brief Description: worked on setting up the welding fixture
Set up the welding fixture for the engine mount. First step was to make sure each of the all-thread standoffs were exactly 8 inches long. Second step was to try to make sure the standoffs are all perpendicular to the sheet metal surfaces that represent the firewall and the mount points on the engine. Next step will be to use a level to make sure that the mount holes on the firewall are level when the mount holes on the engine side are level. Before I can do that, I need to weld up the nine mounting feet that are the foundations for the engine mount. Hopefully I can do that tomorrow.
