Brief Description:  Enlarge rivet holes and begin riveting

I up-drilled all the rivet holes from #40 to #30 and replaced the 3/32 nd clecoes with 1/8 th clecoes. I then removed the skin, deburred the holes in the ribs and in the skin, and re-assembled the skin to the ribs. I began riveting, but ran out of rivets after finishing the upper surface. So I will have to pause this process while I get some more rivets. I guess this is as good a place as any to note lessons learned in doing this first leading edge, and things I want to do differently on the second leading edge. The first thing is to refrain from drilling the skins to the ribs at ribs 1 and 7 until last, instead of first as I did with the right wing. The second is to wrap the ratchet-strap clamps around the leading edge plus a four-by- four or two placed under the spar. This will make the straps pull straight down past the spar, instead of making a right turn and pulling inward immediately behind the spar. I need to make sure that the skin lands properly on the first rivet-hole position on both the upper and lower surfaces of each rib before plotting the locations of all the rivet holes.
