I was surprised by the amount of chips that were accumulated between the spar cap and the spar web, even in areas that were clamped together by the 2024 reinforcing bar. It was a good feeling to have these last rivet holes for the spars done. After deburring, nest step will be to reassemble the spar and drill for the rib attach angle bolts
