Attaching one side of the Leading Edge Skin was no problem at all. Basically follow a similar process of marking the center line on the Ribs and aligning and drilling from the Main Spar forward. The Leading Edge Skin came pre-bent but the bend was like an "L" shape. I let one edge hang over the table.
Then the Wing Box was turned over on the table and we had to use brute force to get the skin to fold over and reach the attach point at the Main Rib. We used two by fours wrapped with towels and cargo straps to accomplish this task. On the second one we first took the skin and pushed on it on the table to make the pre-bend have a tighter radius and that helped. But this was HARD TO DO!
But even after all the holes ar drilled and all the clecos are in place you have to uninstall it and deburr each hole in each part before re-assembling to go to the dimpling process.
