Located all parts needed for the Conneting Rod Assembly. Removed fasteners from each conneting Rod. They were torqued down so I had to put in a vice wraped in cloth to accomplish. Also removed studs from Crank Case using two nuts locked to each other like they were a bolt head.
I read and followed the Assembly Instructions on page 11 of the manual after watching the assembly video a few times. I found the instructions to be clear and understandable.
I was careful to keep the matching rod and rod cap parts separate during this operation as highlighted to be a very important instruction in the manual and video.
Today I aslo assembled an EngineStand I bought from Harbor Freight.
I later found that the Stand mounts did not match-up with the case mount holes. I returned the Engine Stan to Harbor Freight. If you are not going to use the stand it will just be in the way in the already crowded garage.
