Match drilled all stiiffners to floor #40 holes. Removed stiffners, deburred them and the floor holes. Removed baggage floor and radiused all corners on the 3m grinding wheel, a couple inside corners needed a dremel . Dimple countersunk most of the #40 surface holes for the floors flush rivets with my pneumatic squeerer but alot can't be reached so I'll use the C frame table unit. Final drilled all platenut attachment holes, deburred and dimpled. Also deburred all fuselage to floor attach points. I was using a 30 lb. weight to hold down a floor piece and somhow it fell off the table and landed on my baggage floor that I just finished. #?/@!!!! Kiss that goodbye. It is only my second piece I have had to reorder from Vans because of an error on my part.
