Brief Description:  Engine runs

Painted canopy skirt with primer filler.
Removed both cowls.
Torqued lower plugs to 35 ft-lbs and upper plugs to 15 ft-lbs.

Engine Run #1 3 minutes at 800 RPM
No cylinder #2 EGT bar graph.
Idle cutoff setting needs adjustment.
Alternate air door movement.

Engine Run #2 3 minutes at 1000 RPM
L Mag 1800 RPM
R Mag 1000 RPM
Both 1000 RPM
Still need to adjust idle cutoff.
Main alternator not charging.

Engine Run #3 3 minutes at 1200 RPM
Adjusted L mag for proper RPM reading on the Dynon D180.
Idle cutoff is good now.

Engine Run #4 5 minutes at 1400 RPM
Both mags showing good RPM.
Main alternator still not working.
Standby alternator is working.
Oil leak noted. Coming from prop governor.
Tightened upper governor attach bolt.

Engine Run #5 10 minutes at 1400 RPM
New start procedure works much better.
Main alternator still not working.
Prop control not working.
Oil leak noted on top side of governor.
Removed prop oil return line. Blew air through the line and it blew out cloggin preservative grease.
Reconnected all lines.

Engine Run #6 5 minutes at 1400 RPM then 2200 RPM followed by 1 minute at 1000 RPM.
Ran up to 1700 RPM. Cycled prop contro multiple times. Now working!
No further oil leaks noted.
Main alternator still not working.
