Brief Description: Started the rudder

Seperated all the pieces. Final drilled the hinge bracket. Matched drilled the spar caps. Match dirlled the rudder horn to the spar. Cut the bottom rib and matched drilled it the horn also. Tomorrow, debur and prime and assembly.
