Brief Description:  Match drilled idler to longeron & bottom skin

Also updrilled bottom skin to longerons since I had already cleco'ed it in place to drill the idler assembly. Deburred all the skin and longeron holes and set the bottom skin aside since I wont be riveting it on for quite a while.

It appears the right rudder cable and elevator pushrod will rub against each other in the second rear bay where they cross each other. I don't see anyway this can be avoided other than mounting additional pulleys in that area. Not sure how others are adressing this issue, I'm sure others have the same problem. I don't like the idea of a steel cable rubbing against the elevator pushrod, eventually the cable could saw through the pushrod, maybe not in my lifetime but I suppose it depends on how much flying one does.

I emailed this to Sonex and they responded with a reference to the change that moved the right rudder cable further outboard at the forward pulleys. This will minimize the pressure or friction of the cable rubbing on the pushrod but, it still rubs. I'll probably wrap the pushrod with some UHMW tape in the area where the cable crosses the pushrod, hopefully that will minimize any wear the cable may cause on the pushrod.
