Bent VS and HS spars using 1 ton arbor press and jig. See tools section describing the jig. The bends came out great, had to bolt the arbor press to the building table and had to use a cheater bar to get better leverage but everything came out great, see pictures.
Started assembling the VS framework, everything fitting well so far. Will next try test fitting the skin. If everything looks good, will start match drilling everything up to 1/8" for rivets. Not sure about the hing attachment to the VS. I can't finish the rudder until I get some BO'ed ribs and I'm not sure I want to drill and attach the hinge to the VS without the rudder finished so I can check for proper alignment and clearance.
