This week, every evening I spent an hour here and there to do few small things.
First, I fabricated and drill on location the ADHRS support based on the one Vans is selling. It was not the price but rather the time to get it here that prompt me in making this little support. But in the end, I ended up in saving 75% of the selling price which is at $25 USD !
Second, since I received from Aircraft Spruce the missing angle for one of the seat back, I drilled and cleco it on . This weekend, I shall rivet it finish along with the hinge to fix on the floor.
Third, I installed the manual roll trim knob from Vans . All is left to do is connecting it to the control. I was unsure if I would leave the handle at the current height as I did not cut the handle tube yet. I am waiting to see once the seat foams are in it to see what would be the best height. As you can see, I am using the knob from JD Air which has in my opinion an awsome look.
