Brief Description:  Inspecting and evaluating

I spent the morning organizing the plans and taking notes on specifics to find out what needs completing. I inspected the airframe and wings with the plans to ensure everything was completed per the plan. So far so good. The wings look like they are ready to install, check rig, and fit the root fairings. I plan on installing Duckworks landing lights, and a Dynon AOA pitot probe. Still some work to go till the wings are hung.
I pulled the plugs on the engine and borescope the cylinders. Valves and cylinder walls look as expected. I was mainly concerned with the possibility of corrosion. I am not going to bother with a compression check yet, as the engine is cold and has only had a ground run so far. The engine install looks well done, with the exception of a leaking fuel line at the engine driven fuel pump inlet and some wires that need to be secured.
The avionics is fairly complete. I am going to install the electric components and a Garmin GPS 155XL. I also plan on removing all the switch breakers and replacing them with circuit breakers aside from the fuel pump and alternator field.
