Brief Description: Baggage bulkhead panel and door
Removed tailcone top skin. Removed RH baggage cover and rear bulkhead panels then deburred and dimpled all parts per plans. Deburred all remaining understructure as required. Deburred baggage door frame parts and inner and outer skins then clecoed together. Final drilled all common holes to baggage door skins and structure. Positioned baggage door to fuse and marked hinge placement. Fabricated door hinge as shown in plans. Removed door closeout panel and placed hinge on baggage door frame then match drilled hinge to frame per plans. Dimpled all holes in baggage door components per plans. Countersunk hinge for #3 rivet head. Disassembled and deburred all parts as required. Prepped and primed all baggage door components, rear bulkhead panels and RH baggage wall cover. Installed soundproofing then riveted RH baggage cover to longeron, baggage floor and rear bulkhead. Installed nutplates on fwd end of baggage wall cover and F1034 bulkhead per plans. Installed nutplates on F1006 bulkheads as indicated in plans. Drilled L&R rear seat shoulder harness cable wear blocks then riveted to lower bulkhead cover panel. Riveted nutplates as indicated to lwr baggage bulkhead cover.
