Brief Description: Elevator assembled for drilling
Formed elevator skins closeout tabs with wooden blocks. Installed and drilled left and right E-910 hinge reinforcement plate doublers on both spars. Drilled 5/8" trim cable routing hole where indicated for both spars using unibit. Clecoed lower skin to front spar. Clecoed all ribs and rear spar to lower skin and ribs. Drilled all rib holes common to front and rear spar attachment. Clecoed and drilled inboard closeout tab shear clips to rear spar. Clecoed the E-615 and E-1015 trim access reinforcement plate to lower skin and drilled all holes common to lower skin. Fit both inboard E-921 rear spar to root rib gussets and drilled.
