Brief Description: Tip ribs and top skin installed for drilling
Installed outboard shear clip and tip rib assembly with clecos. Final drilled all holes common to tip rib, shear clip and spar. Clecoed top skin in place with trailing edge wedge installed. Clecoed the left and right elevator control horns to root ribs and final drilled with #30 drill.
