Brief Description: Elevator ribs and shear clips drilling
Separated the E-1008 elevator ribs, trimmed and deburred. Clecoed all rib halves together and match drilled. Staightened inboard and outboard tip ribs with fluting pliers and hand seamer. Assembled left and right tip ribs with counterbalance skins. Drilled 1/8' common holes in inboard and outboard tip ribs. Drilled all common 3/32 holes in counterbalance skin and rib flanges. Separated, deburred and drilled four E-1022 shear clips.
