Decided to try a different method this time. Drilled a hole in each corner of the frame, then clamped the skin in place and used the hole finder to match drill. Then, I drew a straight line between each hole, and then measured and spaced pilot holes into the skin and the frame. Then drilled to final size, and clecod as I went. Cut out early to make daughter's veterans day salute at her school, only to find out it's tomorrow. Oh well. The plans call for fabric to line the inside of the doors, but I'm thinking of using something else.
