Finally back to work after finishing hangar. Decided not to use previous builder's door skins because I don't want them to have pexiglass inserts. Just personal preference. So I got some blank sheets of aluminum, traced the door frame and cut out the door skin. Then went over to Sam's and we bent the top edge to provide an arm rest when the window is open. Did this for both left and right doors. Then back to the hangar and started drilling holes. First I clamped the skin in place and cleco'd the skin in place as I went. Decided next time to drill holes in the frame first, then use the hole finder to match drill into the skin.
