This would be easier with two people working together but Harland was working on a movie so I tackled it alone. I used small C clamps with protective aluminum strips between the clamp and skin surfaces to hold hinge and flap in place. I marked exact positions with a fine Sharpie and proceeded to match hole drill the hinge to the flap bracket, one hole at a time and clecoed as I proceeded. Deburred all holes and now I'm ready to dimple all holes in Flap bracket and countersink the holes in the hinge itself.
