After the Redux for the wing spars had set. I proceeded to fit the Quick Connect Brackets. These have to be set in place on a pad of Redux and then after they have set the STBD side has to be removable to allow the fitting of the fuel tank. To make the STBD bracket removable the bottom surface is coated in wax. I did the by melting a small candle. The brackets are lined up with the Quick connect bracket holes in the wings using some thread rod then drilled and set in Treux/Flox. The Quick connect bracket bolt is held in place with a 3mm ply of wood and flox.
