No My Inspectors advice I decided to fit the regulator under the engine into the air ducting as this is the best area fir cooling it.
A hole is cut to fit the regulator from the top of the air duct. I have added a heat shield to protect from the exhaust. All turned out well but it involved a lot of time to get everything to fit correctly.
