Brief Description: Mistake found plus a1, a2 bulkheads
Discovered I made the firewall incorrectly!! Ahhg. For some reason, I made the top only 22" wide instead of 23". The machining on the lower section is good, but the sheet and upper angles have to be remade.
I also hit the first parts I have to re-design. A few months ago there was talk of the A1 and A2 bulkheads (under the pilots knee) not matching the fuselage dimensions. Dave said cut to fit... Also, I installed the F4 vertical with the flange forward, prints show it flange aft. I've seen construction photos both ways and I think it's a cleaner looking install this way. BUT it moves the A2 bulkhead 5/8" aft so seat ribs and A3 bulkheads have to change. The seat ribs I have trimmed to fit and the A3 have not been made yet so no remakes!
