Found another issue with the plans. The template for the F4 contour rib is short by 3/8". I don't think the paper shrunk that much, The has to be an error in printing. I'll bring it up on the forum. In the meanwhile I can make the rib work as it's riveted to an angle and the angle is bolted to the longeron. Got the side square and drilled with a #30 bit and clecoed to verify. Then drilled with a #9 and countersunk the longeron for the screws. It will be a recognizable plane soon!
