The jig worked perfectly. Careful alignment and a test cut provided the origin offset needed for a perfect taper. The 8 cuts took 16 min of cut time on the machine. I got these done just in time for Dave Thatcher to send out new spar plans! Aghhh. It looks like it just allows the webs to be cut from an 8' sheet. I have already cut the webs so I will stick to the original plans for the spar.
