Brief Description: Finished Parts for Aft Lower Seat Area - F10
Riveted the various channels and clips together plus the seat hinge half to the support flange. I also made the -25 trim spring angle.
One improtant note on the rivets called for on the seat hinge half and support angle - Sheet F10 calls for CCP-42 rivets to attach the hinge half and support angle. It's quite obvious that when you have the parts clecoed together that the CCP-42s are going to be short when pulled. I went ahead a installed CCP-44s along the hinge half and the underside pulled head looks much better and secure. I did pull one CCP-42 just to see how it looked and the shop head was well less than 1/8" and didn't look like it would hold well.
Finished up plans sheet F10 and started reviewing F09 for the install of all the parts. Lower aft seat area install next!
