Today I started by removing the tailwheel fork and greased all parts, reassembled and installed.
Next I removed all of the protective vinyl from the windscreen and canopy. Then the Koger sun shade was installed.
I reassembled the top and bottom cowl and sanded the cooling and induction air openings to fir the matel inserts. I wrapped sandpaper around a can of spary paint and found this made an effective sanding block for a circular opening.
