I decided it was time to ready the top skins for riveting.
The skins were removed and set aside and the J channel stringers and bulkheads were deburred and dimpled. The stiffener web and gusset were deburred and dimpled. The 6111 ribs were deburred and dimpled.
I gave the inside of the fuselage a good vacuuming to rid it of metal shavings and debris.
The static air fittings were attached to the fuselage using adhesive.
The elevator trim cable and the tail light cable were run and loosely left in the belly.
The aft top bulkhead was riveted to the aft deck.
The mounting plate for the pitch autopilot servo was marked for location.
