The baffle seal pieces were riveted to the front air ramps.
Much of the day was spent doing some rework. I noticed that the left rear baffle was not snug against the engine and disoved that one rivet was hitting the cylinder head cooling fin and reventing it from being properly positioned. So I removed the front baffle and air ramp, then removed the rear baffle. The offending rivet was drilled out and replaced, this time with the shop head on the opposite side. Rear and front baffles were reinstalled and this corrected the problem.
The fourth tension wire for the baffle shrouds was cut, threaded and installed.
Spark plug wires for the electronic ignition were rough cut and run. I will need to determine what type of crimper I need to attach the end boot.
