Brief Description:  Finished rear HS spar

Completed riveting of rear spar. I found another 4 rivets I was unhappy with and drilled them out and replaced them. The pneumatic squeezer is very presice on creating a shop head, but I have found it difficult to stay centered on the manufactured head with the 1/8" cupped set in the plunger and working over the spar flange. I ordered an offset yoke this week so maybe next time I can always have the cuppped set on the yoke side. I think the lesson hre is to have the manufactured head on the plunger side, or go to the rivet gun. I used the rivet gun to set rivets for the hinge brackets, which was quite easy with the titanuim bucking bar. The rivets seemed a bit long for the application but I guess that is OK. I also dimpled the ribs tonight, and learned about tight-squeeze dimpling. I prepared the table for skin dimpling and tried a few, but it was time to go home.
