Brief Description:  Right Fuel Tank Prep

(1) Riveted 3 nutplates to spar for inboard tank attach bracket. Penny bucked. (2) Riveted nutplates onto remaining brackets using pneumatic squeezer. Connor helped by riveting the nutplates onto one of the brackets. (3) Bolted brackets to spar and then clecoed fuel tank w/ baffle onto spar. (4) After verifying proper alignment between tank, wing skins and leading edge, drilled screw holes in tank side of W-423 joint to #19. (5) Match drilled leading edge and tank skins to ribs and spar/baffle. (6) Removed leading edge and back-drilled the inboard and outboard attach brackets, using the tank ribs/baffle as a template. Clecoed these ribs/baffle to brackets. (7) Removed the tank skin and clecoed the internal ribs to the baffle. (8) Using the right angle drill and 12" long #30 bit, backdrilled the remaining Z-brackets and rib/baffle holes. (9) Removed the rib/baffle assembly from the spar.
