Brief Description:  Sec 29-14 steps 1-9

This doesn't seem fair. There's times when it seems like you build this plane twice, once just to Match drill, and then your tear it down and then again for real. Well today, was DDC (Dissassemble, Deburr & Countersink) Day. But 1st there was some more match and final dril;ling to do. Basically it involved drilling the longerons and the WD 1002&3 brackets on Top. bottom and side, The remaining steps on tis page deal with preparing th eunderstructure. 1st take the skins off, and begin to disassemble the understructure deburring as you go. When that's all done there is a Marathon countersinking seeeion which follows which countersinks nearly everything that the Fwd and Mid Fuse skins will adjoin. The shop is a mess, but I want to finish all of the deburring and countersinking before vacuming it. Looks like tomorrows goals are focused on the skin preparation, deburring, dimpling. and then finally Priming everything. they are forcasting some rain tomorrow PM, so may not be a goo dtiime or prime. i received the MATCO parking brak valve via UPS today, So I may jump to Sec 36 and install the brake lines, while the skins are off and it's easier to reach.
