Brief Description:  Deburring leading edge & tank skins

Nothing very exiting to report. Deburring the edge of thin aluminum sheet is a bit tricky because it is so easy to "notch" them with the file. What I found that work best is using an axe file and sweep the edge holding the file flat with a long diagonal and make fairly long strokes. I finish it up with a 150 grit sand paper laid around a sanding block. A piece of 3M scuff pad (brown) is smoothing out the edge very nicely.
