Brief Description:  Meetings, design and firewall forward installation

Had two meetings today, first with the proposed painter, we spent an hour discussing the options and showing him the parts and chosen scheme. The second was with Mr Cornwell who cancelled - I will see him tomorrow or Monday. He is going to do all our wiring and avionics etc. Spent an enourmous amount of time researching, fitting, testing, dry fitting the electrical and hose/line components of the FWF installations on the firewall. Final installed the battery box in final position and installed and secured the battery, then the relays then connected the first of many connections. Made up the copper connectors that make up these circuits per the drawings and many pictures researched online. Made a mock up of the circuits on the table to replicate and understand the design and logic. Drew up diagrams of the installations and postions relative to the battery and firewall assemblies. Made up and installed the heat exchanger cable mechanism, which included triming the cable and fitting by routing, drilling, locating and installing for the black push pull bowden cable which will be mounted at it's other end on the panel and make up the cabin heat system. tested the operation and am happy although some more work is required tomorrow.
