Brief Description:  deburred and filed firewall holes, opened and repo

Worked on the holes cut in the firewall today, deburred, resized final drilled and edged. Not fun working with stainless and got a number of ugly cuts. fitted the doublers and plugs as per the drawing and test fitted certain key couplings and fittings to ensure adequate hole clearance and fit.
Spent a little time working on the stick grips, a light bore, and several test fits and trims to get them on properly, a bit loose but apparently that's as it should be for now. Opened the switch holes for proper fit of the switches. Had to open the hole and slightly reposition the heat exchanger unit later in the day but am satisfied with the final installation and postition. Prepped and final sprayed with heat enamel the transducer manifold and made up and installed the assembly of manifold to fuel pressure line and relavant couplings as well as fuel line from the other side and closed u with the plugs the open ends as directed.
