Brief Description: Installing Vertical Tail Fiberglass Tip
Positioned SNB-T14-04 tail tip rib to line up with rudder when rudder was centered for neutral position. Taped into position and drilled the first hole to allow a cleco to hold one side.
Verified alignment was maintained, and drilled second hole to fix alignment of the rib to the rudder, then drilled the third hole.
Updrilled from #40 to #30, deburred, and riveted SNB-T14-04 rib into place.
Layed out intitial cut lines on fiberglass tail tip and cut excees material off the tip. First test fit shows more trimming required to move tip trailing edge into alignment with the rudder trailing edge.
