Bent the two main exhaust tunnels for the lower cowling.
90 degree and 5 degree bends were easily done on the bench brake, but the curved monting flange was very tedious.
Had to fabricate the custom bending tool with the 9/16" deep slot. It was important to build this tool from something strong enough to hold during the bends. My first tool was from wood, and the bending edge broke. Second tool was fabricated from a piece of scrap Delrin and worked beautifully. The slot was cut to the width of a hacksaw blade and fit the sheet material great.
Hand-bent the curved mounting edge with the bending tool and fluted the midpoint between each rivet hole.
Bending aft tab to 5 degrees.
