Brief Description: Continuing FWF Fuel Vent Line Installation/Run
Decided to run the engine side portion of the fuel vent line from the bulkhead fitting by the fuel filler cap across the top of the firewall toward the pilot side and down to the oil capture tank. Then down to exit the aircraft through the bottom pilot side corner of the cowling, avoiding the exhaust tunnel.
Since there are very limited points to clamp the vent line to, I fabricated a mounting bracket to mount to the oil capture tank. From here, I will have to determine how I am going to penetrate the cowling to exit the aircraft. This also poses an issue with lower cowling removal, and the need to disconnect the vent line from the lower cowling so it can be freely removed.
