Page 12-5 Fitted the ducts to cowl, trimmed and sanded as necessary for a good fit. Drilled and clecoed them in place. Cleaned the area to be bonded by sanding with a coarse 60 grit paper. Drilled holes for clecos, Mixed up some west systems epoxy and flox, mounted the inlet ducts. I may have done something wrong when I fitted the baffle or positioned the ducts. The ducts will create a tunnel which will defeat the whole purpose of the baffling. I will need to make up a plug and close at least one side off tomorrow. The Baffle will have to be refined around the inlet ducts as well.
