Marked the centerline on flanges of the T712 attach brackets. Drilled a 1/8th inch hole in the center of one flange and a #12 hole in the center of six of the brackets. Clecoed the attach brackets to the right spar, Clamped the angle in place and back drilled the brackets through the spar.
