Clecoed the wing leading edge together and installed the wing leading edges in the wings with cleco's. Installed the W408-I leading edge rib and marked the hole locations , removed the rib and straightened it. Marked a line on the W-423 joint plate and installed it with the line showing through the holes in the skin. checked all dimensions and matched drilled the rib, skin and joint plate. clecoed the rib, skin and joint plate in place.
