Page 8-28 Aligned the outboard edge of the F-816-L-1 cockpit rail flush with the outer surface of the F-823-1 mid side skin. Clamped the cockpit rail into position. Match drilled #40 the F-887-L-1 upper longeron using the 3/32 holes in te F-816-L-cockpit rails.
Heavey clamping frought the skin flush with the outer edge of the cockpit rail
