Welded, and welded....and welded about 70 of the 110 tabs. It's not the welding that gets you. It's the yoga required to hold the positions to weld. And that's with a fuselage rotisserie! Which is priceless by the way. I was originally going to fabric wrap the interior, but after seeing another plane, decided to go with panels. Will use the ultra light weight coroplast (plastic sign board) and screw to tinnerman nuts on tabs. This way I have full access for inspection and service, as well as sound and temp insulation.
