Cut 7/32" off E-612 R elevator DWG 5 so it would fit also cut some off of front flange as it wouldn't fit between th weight & E-713 skin
measured and trimed the AT6-035x1 1/2" cut to 81 1/2" then cleaned and sanded using a pole and a batch of alcohol soaked in a purple sanding pad on the tip, after drying I sprayed etching primer in and turned the pipe up/down and around while spraying untill i got all of it sprayed. while drying i would turn it around so no primer would clump up.
